Job Description
* Producing People Data for the business.
* Board Reporting and creating KPI metrics for the HR team.
* Analyzing data related to absence and attrition.
* Submitting pay data to an external benchmarking provider.
* Analyze and evaluate HR data and metrics.
* Collaborate with HR team to improve HR strategies.
* Conduct regular audits on HR processes and systems.
* Assist in the development of HR presentations and reports.
* Provide support in HR projects as required.
* Ensure compliance with legal requirements in HR practices.
* Assist in training and development initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Analyst should have:
* A solid background in Human Resources or related field.
* Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
* Advanced Excel skills, including macros or system coding would be an advantage.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyze complex data.
* Excellent knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
