Job Description
* Leading and managing the Accounting & Finance Department.
* Developing and executing the financial strategy of the company.
* Ensuring compliance with statutory accounting practices and procedures.
* Preparing and presenting financial reports to the Board of Directors.
* Overseeing budget planning and monitoring financial performance.
* Building strong relationships with stakeholders and financial institutions.
* Guiding financial decisions by applying company policies and managing risks.
* Contributing to the company's mission and strategic direction as part of the executive leadership team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Head of Finance should have:
* A professional qualification in Accounting or Finance.
* Proven leadership skills in managing a finance department.
* Strong understanding of statutory accounting practices and procedures.
* Excellent financial and business acumen.
* Ability to develop and implement financial strategies.
* Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and financial institutions.
