Tasks will include:
Opening and closing legal files
General administrative support
Liaising with customers to ensure a high level of service is provided
Printing, scanning and photocopying files
Answering the telephone and liaising with both clients and referrers
In time, you will be given your own case load to manage
Skills and experience required:
Experience of working in a customer focused environment
Someone who can work within a fast-paced environment
Good skill level on the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Someone who is good working under pressure
Someone keen to learn and develop
An enthusiastic, hard-working approach
