Teaching personnel are working in collaboration with an Ofsted ‘Good’ rated secondary school recruiting for a passionate Languages teacher, starting Feb/March 2025.
The school has recently updated technologies and systems for both staff and students to create an ever-evolving and engaging teaching environment.
Your Role
Over 75% of students undertake a GCSE in at least one language (French, Spanish). You will be playing an integral part in the languages department, which is already well established with 4 members of staff delivering to KS3/KS4 and 6th form students.
* Plan and deliver engaging foreign language lessons that cater to the needs and proficiency levels of students.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and language acquisition.
* Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their language skills.
* Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to curriculum development.
* Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.
