Facilities Administrator
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Cambridge
Hours: Part time 20 hours per week – Monday – Friday
Salary: £Negotiable DOE
Duration: 3 months temporary

Who are we?

Duties:
1. Running and maintaining the Facilities Helpdesk.
2. Turning maintenance requests into completed tasks by coordinating our team and contractors.
3. Keeping records accurate, up to date.
4. Preparing reports, managing invoices, and keeping a close eye on the budget.
5. Supporting the team with admin tasks, from project coordination to filing.
Skills and Experience Required:
1. A-levels (or equivalent) and 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English or NVQ in Business Administration is essential.
2. IT skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and databases like FileMaker.
3. Experience with CAFM/CMMS systems.
4. Excellent communication skills—you’ll be working with everyone from scientists to contractors.
