Full Time: 36.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Job Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Inbound Supply Chain team! In this role you will assist in the delivery of departmental KPIs with a focus on stock KPIs.
Key areas of responsibility:
* Place and chase all initial and repeat orders as agreed with the Inbound Manager, confirming orders with suppliers.
* Manage the 'to follow' file by chasing and prioritising purchase orders and completing weekly reporting to ensure 'to follows' are released to customers as quickly as possible.
* Ensure all orders are delivered on time and take action where required.
* Identify airfreight where needed, taking a commercial view of requirements to maximise service.
* Develop a good relationship with our Logistics team working together to ensure business priorities are communicated and carried out.
* Create weekly inbound reports as required.
* Work closely with the Merchandise team and ensure they are advised of any potential stock issues.

Someone who is a team player and highly numerate, with great Excel skills and knowledge. The right person will be able to demonstrate good organisational skills and attention to detail, whilst being a pro-active problem solver and confident in using their initiative to challenge and question things.
