Job Description
* Manage and develop the company's social media profiles and presence.
* Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread our brand and our content.
* Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company and industry.
* Work alongside other marketers to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience.
* Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target demographic.
* Track, measure, and analyse all initiatives to report on social media ROI.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Social Media Assistant should have:
* A degree in marketing or a related field.
* Proven work experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
* Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
* Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
* Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability.
