JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Health & Safety Admin Co-ordinator. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised proactive administrator with a focus on organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

ROLE PROFILE:
* Co-ordinate all aspects of contractor onboarding
* Produce site files
* Manage and co-ordinate health and safety training programmes and courses
* Monitor and maintain training records
* Ad hoc health and safety admin tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the team
PERSON PROFILE:
* Seeking someone with at least two years’ work experience within an admin or co-ordinator role
* Excellent communication skills and able to talk to people at all levels
* Must be self-motivated
* Need someone with a positive “can-do” attitude
* Work on your own initiative
* Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem solving
* Able to multi-task
* A team player

* Experience of working in a manufacturing or construction industry
