Key Responsibilities: Transition Payroll: Oversee the transition of payroll responsibilities from the finance department to HR. Team Management: Manage and lead a dedicated team to ensure smooth operations. System Integration: Integrate a new payroll system into the existing HRIS. Process Mapping: Conduct detailed process mapping to streamline payroll operations. System Mapping: Ensure accurate system mapping for seamless payroll integration.
