Job Description
As a TA Administrator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our recruitment processes running smoothly. You’ll collaborate closely with our TA team, hiring managers, and wider HR colleagues to ensure an exceptional experience for both candidates and new starters.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Interview coordination: Scheduling interviews, managing calendars, and ensuring all parties have the necessary details
* Advert publishing: Posting job ads across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency with our brand tone
* Onboarding support: Ordering IT equipment, processing new starter documentation to our HR Services, and ensuring smooth day-one experiences
* General TA admin: Maintaining accurate records, updating systems, and supporting with ad-hoc recruitment tasks
Role: 20 hours a week / hybrid
Qualifications
* We’re seeking a detail-oriented, organised, and proactive administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be comfortable juggling multiple tasks, have strong communication skills, and bring a collaborative, team-first mindset.
* Previous experience in administration or HR support (TA experience is a bonus)
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HR or recruitment systems
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
