Service area: Commissioning and Partnerships
The East Riding Safeguarding Adults Board is a partnership of multi-agency professionals who work together to protect the lives of vulnerable adults.
Our members include a range of professionals from across health, social care, law enforcement, and the community and voluntary sector. We have a small support team that works across the partnership, and this role is pivotal to that team.
The role involves providing high-level administrative support, including the preparation of agendas, minutes, and other key documents, minute-taking at full board meetings and other meetings, and liaising with members to follow up on actions.
You will also have the opportunity to be flexible and creative in contributing to various other areas of work, which may include designing and updating the website, creating newsletters, writing articles for social media, and assisting with the board's annual report.
Benefits include a generous pension scheme and annual leave entitlement. There is an opportunity to work from home as well as within a comfortable office-based work environment.
Hours can be flexible, and there are opportunities for further training and development.
If you have strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work creatively to carry out a range of tasks using your own initiative, we would like to hear from you.
