Sales Administrator required to work for a leading Facilities Management company. The Administrator will be organised, detail orientated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Administrator's Responsibilities:
1. Handling a significant volume of emails and allocate them to the appropriate departments.
2. Managing incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
3. Ensuring all quote requests are captured in our internal systems.
4. Reporting:
1. Create and maintain a spreadsheet of outstanding quotes.
2. Generate monthly performance reports for the department.
3. Compile reports on submitted quotes.
4. Raise purchase orders for materials and subcontractor work.
Administrators Required:
