What the Joiner will need:
* NVQ or Equivalent
* Full clean drivers license
* Own tools
* Experience in the social housing sector
What the Joiner will be doing:
* Day to day repairs and maintenance
* Voids property refurbishment
* Aluminium and UPVC window and door replacement
What the Joiner will receive:
* Annual salary of £35,000
* Company van and fuel card
