About the Role:A prestigious FTSE 100 company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Ground Rent Coordinator on behalf of their client. The successful candidate will be responsible for the collection and recording of ground rent income for freehold-owning companies and a third-party investment firm. This role also includes administrative tasks such as updating property management systems with new completions. Credit control experience would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting the Ground Rents team with billing, collecting, and recording ground rent payments.
* Handling leaseholder queries via phone and email with professionalism.
* Processing card payments through SagePay and posting cash on leaseholder accounts.
* Managing mail-outs, including demands and reminder letters.
* Liaising with Managing Agents, Solicitors, and Operating Companies to ensure seamless operations.
* Dealing with the assignment of leases and addressing solicitor queries.
* Preparing and uploading newly completed units into the system.
