Red Snapper Recruitment are recruiting for a Senior Service Manager for a client of ours based in Stockport. Our client is a large organisation that supports victims of domestic violence.

Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
Salary: £40,515.15 per annum
Main duties and responsibilities
Provide operational management and staff line management to the management team, including setting of targets, monitoring, and addressing any performance issues.
Ensure the effective delivery of our organisational strategy through the development, implementation and management of our operational plan.
Lead strategic engagement with commissioners, local authority stakeholders and other relevant service providers in Stockport.
Lead a comprehensive monitoring program for all contracted work, including the preparation of quarterly and annual reports.
Lead the service to ensure that both client and staff support meets the highest quality standards.
To promote service user participation and consultation.
Participate in and extract and apply learning from statutory processes such as Domestic Abuse Related Death Reviews and Serious Case Reviews, ensuring the implementation of a continuous improvement program across the delivery team.
Ensure that appropriate quality standards are applied, and relevant quality marks are achieved.
