### Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-quality nursing care to elderly residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
2. Take responsibility for medication rounds, ensuring accurate and timely administration of prescribed medication.
3. Work independently on night shifts, taking charge of your duties and ensuring residents receive the best care possible.
4. Carry out clinical assessments, monitor and record vital signs, and manage care plans for residents.
5. Collaborate with the Deputy Manager and other healthcare professionals to deliver individualised care.
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, NMC guidelines, and nursing home policies.
7. Support dignity and respect for residents, promoting their independence and quality of life.
8. Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff on night shifts.

### Requirements:
1. Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN.
2. Minimum of 2 years' experience working as an RGN, ideally within a nursing home environment.
3. Ability to work autonomously and take charge of night shifts without supervision.
4. Strong experience in medication administration and clinical care.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
6. Compassionate, patient, and committed to elderly care.
7. Understanding of care plans, clinical assessments, and elderly health issues.
