This role can be based in any of our following offices: Glasgow, London, Aberdeen and Manchester.
As a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant, you’ll work on significant projects and initiatives within our Public Sector practice. You'll be at the forefront of our Business Applications pillar, leveraging your deep Dynamics knowledge and expertise to drive high-profile D365 projects. Your expertise and insights will shape the future of our Business Applications vision, contributing to our growth while enjoying the freedom to make key decisions in a dynamic entrepreneurial setting.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Work with customers to understand and define their business process to configure their Dynamics CRM/D365 system.
* Advise customers on best practices for development or integration processes.
* Assist with configuration tasks, data migration and end-to-end testing.
* Provide end-user training courses and ad-hoc coaching.
* Participate in go-live stages of projects.
* Push projects along through daily communications with the customer and/or project manager.
You will have excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills as well as the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, delivering a wide range of services to our customers.
Desired Skills and Experience:
* Experience with Power Platform, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverses and legacy Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems such as CRM 2011, CRM 2013, CRM 2015, CRM 2016, CRM Online.
* Excellent customer facing and stakeholder management.
* Experience delivering within the Public Sector - Desirable.
* Design and delivery functional elements, e.g. customise and configure without code.
* Design and validation of technical elements, e.g. extending with code.
* Testing and validation of solutions.
* Experience within the Public Sector would be beneficial.
* SC clearance is desirable not essential.
