Five core service areas are Engineering Services, Technologies, Infrastructure, Residential and Hotels, Facilities Management.
Holding its engineering values in high regard, they are the go-to contractor for major projects due to their unique model which maintains a large core of direct workforce and skilled engineering and management teams.

Role: M&E QAQC Manager - £320 - £420 per day
The current project is a Data Centre worth £98m M&E package.
Role/Responsibilities:
1. Ensure assigned projects are executed to the highest possible standards and strictly in accordance with all regulatory requirements, design drawings, specifications, technical submittals, manufacturer's recommendations, and all other relevant project specifics.
2. Continuously review existing quality and commissioning systems/procedures and update in line with project and industry standards.
3. Liaise and work with project personnel to provide technical advice/resolving problems and ensure Project Engineers are trained in QA/QC processes in line with ISO 9001 requirements.
4. Arrange for all required mock-ups to be reviewed and signed off by all project stakeholders, fully documenting and communicating the final signed-off mock-up to all relevant parties.
5. Co-ordinate system walk-downs with all project stakeholders in accordance with the company tagging system and agreed system handover protocol.
6. Ensure all project documentation is up to date and in accordance with company policy and procedures for auditing purposes.
7. Attend management meetings with updates for the management team.
8. Participate in detailed technical reviews of the installation and commissioning processes.
9. Develop a project-specific Commissioning Plan, identifying commissioning responsibilities and ensuring relevant human resources and stakeholders understand, complete, and manage the commissioning process within the required timeframe.
10. Develop and support start-up/commissioning/safety plans and procedures, ensuring conformance to all company policies.
11. Prepare commissioning progress reports for project stakeholders.
12. Coordinate and/or attend design construction and commissioning of all systems.
13. Ensure all record documentation (O&M manuals, record drawings, BCAR certificates, Life Safety System Certificates, and all other regulatory documentation) is fully complete and ready for issue at PC stage on each project.
14. Maintain and contribute to the training logs, skills matrix, and records for the QA team.

1. Will have a minimum of 5 years' experience within the M&E sector.
