The Role - Clinical Services Operations Manager
This market leader now seeks to recruit a commercially astute Clinical Services Operations Manager to support their recent rapid growth. The successful applicant will be responsible for:
1. Managing a team of biomedical engineers providing on-site repair, preventative maintenance and asset management of medical devices.
2. Developing and nurturing relationships with key customers within biomedical / clinical equipment sectors.
3. Building an extensive knowledge of customer service needs and providing excellent customer care with a view to contract retention and growth.
4. Completing all associated administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with health & safety, quality assurance, and environmental policies.
Your Background - Clinical Services Operations Manager
To succeed in this exciting role:
1. You will have a background working in biomedical, clinical and EBME departments with several years of biomedical experience.
2. You will have a proven track record in medical device management along with strong leadership skills.
3. As a strategic thinker with a proven track record in service management, you will bring the necessary commercial skills and business flair required to succeed.
4. Utilising this organisation's excellent reputation for providing quality products and their brand-leading status, you will foster relationships with customers by acting as the first point of contact and continuously developing customer understanding.
