A position has become available in the highly successful iCoTech Sales Team for a Project Management Office Administrator role, where you will be responsible for maintaining day to day clerical, administrative and project documentation? Reporting to the Head of Projects you will be pivotal in ensuring that all data from multiple sources is kept accurate and up to date. The role involves a diverse range of tasks and duties giving variety and diversity to your day. If you have experience in PA administration, project management or document control do not miss this opportunity. The role initially is for 3 months as a contractor, renumeration is between £15 and £25 per hour, depending on experience. Job Summary: To provide administrative support, minute taking, uploading reports into SharePoint, project data timesheet input, maintenance and management of information Monitor and manage schedules/diaries to optimise time arrangements and avoid diary conflicts for key project team members Assist in compiling agendas, preparing meeting papers/documentation, distributing the relevant documentation and follow up on progress between meetings To attend and minute meetings as may be directed by the Head of Projects To undertake processing of reports and other documents to corporate standards and deadlines and in formats appropriate to client groups To prepare and maintain full and accurate timesheet data on projects, to enable accurate and timely invoicing to our customers and ensure that procedures are in place for the control and management of the authorised project budgets To prepare and assist in the collection of data for such monthly, quarterly senior leadership meetings To be able to compile and collate statistics on the progress of projects Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Can work on their own initiate to achieve deadlines for customer project reviews Experience required: We require someone who has: Worked in a busy Project/Programme Environment Has more than 2 years’ experience in working as a PMO Administrator Has a excellent understanding of a project lifecycle If you have excellent organisational skills, able to meet deadlines and communicate effectively this is a role for you. The role is a hybrid role and on occasions, you maybe required to attend customer meetings onsite.
