Resident Electrical & Maintenance Engineer - Rugby

Salary: £40,076.82 per annum, plus an additional 8% site allowance (£3,206 per annum), a night shift allowance of up to £5,000 per annum pro rata and weekend supplement for Saturdays and Sundays (£50 per attendance for Saturdays and £100 for Sundays) totalling roughly £3800 per annum. You may be eligible for a welcome bonus of £1500.
Working hours: 40 hours per week with a shift pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off rotation. 4 days typically 5:50am - 6:15pm then 4 days off, followed by 4 nights 5:50pm - 6:15am then 4 days off.

Electrical & Maintenance Engineer role:
Maintenaining electrical systems on site
Expert fault finding and providing advice and guidance to customers in relation to M&E equipment
Understand all plumbing such as replacing taps, sinks, cistern filling / flush units and heating elements
Understanding and knowledge of general building fabric repairs to maintain the standard of the building
Supply knowledge in a range of technical situations, making personal judgments on how to undertake work to achieve quality, cost, and time objectives
Provide technical advice and guidance to other staff and customers to resolve problems
Delivery of Corrective and Planned Maintenance to meet the performance measures detailed in the contract.
Liaise with customers' representatives on a day-to-day basis to ensure customer requirements are fully met
Check and ensure all appropriate and approved paperwork is completed
Requirements:
You must have an must hold an electrical certification such as the 18th Edition
You must have experience in facilities maintenance
Skills in dock/doors, plumbing, air conditioning, air handling, gas appliances and lifts are preferred but not essential.
Certification in IPAF and MEWP is desirable but not essential for consideration
Full UK driver's license preferred but not essential
