* Location: Roving role with frequent travel to developments including Bourne End, Woking, High Wycombe & Hartley Witney and West Byfleet with travel to additional sites as required

About our role
As our Roving Building and Community Coordinator, your focus will be on ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations across our developments. We are looking for someone with buildings/property or facilities experience, along with excellent face-to-face customer service skills to build strong relationships with our residents.
You will provide regional cover for our site-based Building & Community Coordinators, ensuring a consistent approach to Health & Safety, Compliance, and Customer Engagement in their absence.
Your responsibilities will include:
* General customer service and being the first point of contact for our owners and tenants
* Conducting regular building-related checks, including fire alarm testing, water flushing, and emergency light testing
* Facilitating external contractors
* Ensuring Health & Safety requirements of each development are met
* Assisting with the move-in process to ensure a great start for our customers
* Organizing events and activities for our customers to foster community
* Handling emergencies quickly and calmly
* Building lasting relationships with homeowners and their families
* Collaborating with internal teams including Sales, Development, and Completions
You’ll be our ‘person on the ground’ who ensures everything is ready for move-in day, maintains effective service, and keeps records and the events diary up to date.
Building a strong community for our homeowners and tenants is integral to our mission, so you will be involved in organizing social events. Strong local knowledge will be an advantage.
About you
You'll have property/facilities-related experience and be able to work independently across a portfolio of developments. A full driving license and own vehicle are essential due to frequent travel.
Key skills we are looking for include:
* Experience in facilities/property management and knowledge of Health & Safety
* Professional and highly organized
* Proactive approach and can-do attitude
* In-person customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to use initiative and work independently
* Strong IT skills - knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage
