With five international subsidiaries and an active expansion plan, we need a Regulatory Affairs Associate to ensure compliance and facilitate product registration globally. Main Duties: Regulatory Administrations: Maintain and update tracking systems for registration changes, provide regular project updates, support regional teams with documentation, ensure Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are current, assist with document legalization, and ensure all regulatory documents comply with current guidelines. Artworks and Promotional Materials: Review product labels, literature, and packaging as per regulations, provide necessary feedback to the relevant departments, and work closely with Design teams to ensure our labelling is accurate and compliant. Export Documentation: Collaborate with the Quality Department to ensure relevant required information is accurate, and support the Logistics Manager with regulatory documents for international orders. Marketing Authorisations and Product Registrations: Assist with UK product renewals and variations for existing Marketing Authorisations / Product Registration Licences, including liaising with competent authorities. Prepare regulatory dossiers for international product registration and export, and support Regional regulatory teams in country specific required documents Personal Attributes: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related discipline, along with good interpersonal and communication skills. Proven project planning abilities are essential, and you should have strong written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, we're looking for someone with highly developed interpersonal and team skills. You will also need: The ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. Strategic thinking and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines. Adaptability to change and new circumstances. Excellent time management skills.
