You will need to possess a good technical understanding of the ISP / Fibre Broadband industry, likely to have come from a technical engineering or software development background. You will have a strong customer-centric, business-focused mindset, with good knowledge of tech trends. You will also be able to evidence where you have worked with and influenced all the key business areas involved, such as, Marketing, Propositions, Sales, Customer, Operations, Technology, Legal, etc
If you have the sector experience and prior experience of managing the technical implementation of similar products end to end, bringing a structured approach and knowledge of product artifacts required, including roadmaps, prototyping and research techniques, then we would love to have a chat about your successes.
Accountability & Responsibilities
Ownership of Technical delivery of both existing and new Services and Products for Gigaclear Customers
Working with Proposition managers, customers and other key stakeholders in the CMO directorate to define and agree Product features, functionality and capabilities required
Working with Technology teams, 3rd parties and the Project Manager to develop implementation projects and the necessary processes to enable successful operational launch.
Responsible for in-life oversight of Products to ensure they continue to meet the original design intent and the defined features, functionality and capabilities
Working with all interested parties to consider implementation and in-life management impacts on all business departments in Gigaclear
Contribute to and support the Proposition managers (or other relevant stakeholders) in the development of business cases and ROI models for each Product, including in-life operational management
Working with QA teams, business stakeholders and operations leaders to define and execute adequate test programmes to assure Technical Readiness
Define and provide training to internal teams to support Operational Readiness
Provide accurate and complete visibility of all initiatives in an easy to consume manner
Measure, report, analyse and continually improve the performance of our existing Products, supporting operational escalations where appropriate to inform product and process changes
