Responsibilities:
* Drive technical improvements and support daily operations across manufacturing and packaging systems
* Deliver robust solutions for equipment reliability, working hands-on to resolve complex engineering challenges
* Participate in commissioning, qualification, and validation activities to maintain compliance and performance
* Collaborate with highly skilled colleagues across engineering, production, and quality
* Engage in process improvement projects and data-driven decision making
Key Requirements:
* HNC/HND or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field)
* Experience in a GMP or highly regulated environment (e.g., pharma, biotech, or life sciences)
* Strong problem-solving skills with an interest in continuous improvement and technical innovation
* A team player who thrives in a quality-focused, collaborative setting
* Familiarity with commissioning and validation is a plus
