Our warm and welcoming Foundation Stage is our ‘home away from home’.
Children learn in a warm, safe and exciting environment and they are encouraged to develop in confidence by taking risks with their learning, increasing their self-belief, and developing their independence through a better understanding of their skills and ability.
Learning in our Foundation Stage is approached through a play-based curriculum, nurturing each and every child to ensure they develop into happy learners.
We currently have a vacancy for a qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our thriving Foundation Stage team. We are looking for someone committed, enthusiastic and flexible to join our friendly and professional teams. We are looking for someone with:
• Good organisational skills, as well as flexibility and a sense of humour.
• The ability to develop positive and caring relationships with children
• The ability to support a child with specific learning difficulties
• Positivity and who can work as part of a dedicated team
The ability to offer commitment to the life of our school community. Prospective candidates are very welcome to visit the school to meet some of the staff and to look around.

Your employment is with the Federation however the role is required at Wilson Primary School. You may however be required to work at another location within the Federation and you will receive 4 weeks minimum notice of any change to your location of work.
