Commercial Manager needed in Bristol
My client is looking for a Commercial Manager to join their growing team. The role will take overall responsibility for the commercial performance of existing and future customers. Working closely with Procurement & Account Management teams, this role will review, analyze, recommend, sign off, and implement customer pricing and commercial structures to maximize overall performance. The right candidate will take responsibility for the delivery of KPIs by managing the team's training and development needs, priorities, and workload to ensure the business delivers target profitability on all projects.
Duties will include:
* Managing cost
* Analyzing tenders and dealing with estimations
* Reviewing, analyzing, and communicating customer performance
* Monitoring team KPIs and reviewing quarterly and annually
* Acting as the customer commercial interface
Key Objectives:
* Improvement of overall business performance
* Development of a robust pricing process across all TMP customers
* Working with system providers to develop and implement improved, simplified, and more efficient methods of implementing and analyzing the customer pricing process
* Simplification and implementation of a robust 'Price Banding' structure for relevant customers
* Communication, training, and development of the Account Management Team
