Application Deadline: 30 October 2024 Department: Contract Success Location: Gloucester Compensation: £24,000 / year Description The Contract Success Specialist plays a vital role in the customer lifestyle at Zenergi. Working to support the Procurement team, the Contract Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and successful registration of customer contracts and support the Procurement team with any customer enquiries. The Contract Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the successful registration of suppliers ensuring a smooth transition for our customers for new meters and renewals. This role will involve working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including customers. Key Responsibilities Ensuring all processes relating to the successful registration of suppliers is complete to ensure smooth transfers for new meters, renewals and even for supplies leaving our management, where relevant. Monitoring supplier termination deadlines and proactively ensuring the portfolio has met its obligations regarding notice. Supporting the collation of customer LOAs where relevant to support registration activity. Submission of any forms essential to the contract start process, for some suppliers this may include DD forms and ECD forms. Conduct 'pre-registration checks' before the objection and termination windows are closed, to ensure there are no outstanding issues with debt or contract that may result in an objection to transfer. First line support for objections, logging them on the system, understanding the reasons and working alongside the supplier, service team, relationship managers and customer for a timely resolution. Completing 'go live' checks once a supply is due to start, to ensure all has gone smoothly and keeping records up to date including logging late starts and reasons. Where customers are on a 'fixed fee' or retainer basis, ensure relevant records are updated to ensure timely and accurate customer invoicing, and support this process as required. Maintain up to date records on behalf of all stakeholders, using the appropriate systems and processes.
