THE JOB ROLE At Datapharm, we are committed to enhancing how healthcare professionals and consumers access and utilise medicines information. As we grow our product management function, we seek a versatile UX Designer to help us create intuitive and user-friendly experiences across our digital and data-driven products, serving both consumer and business audiences. We are looking for a Product Designer who can design exceptional user experiences for both B2C and B2B audiences, with a focus on creating seamless interactions across our digital products. The role involves understanding the needs of individual users as well as business clients, ensuring our products are user-friendly, efficient and align with user expectations. With an additional focus on designing for data products, there is a strong service design element, requiring you to think beyond screens to consider how our services are delivered and experienced holistically. WHAT YOU’LL DO Design and prototype user interfaces that prioritise ease of use for both consumers and business clients, ensuring that user needs are met across different platforms. Collaborate with user researchers/analysts to incorporate insights from both B2C and B2B user groups into the design process. Create wireframes, user flows, service blueprints, and high-fidelity mock-ups to guide the design of data products and digital services. Apply service design principles to ensure that our digital products integrate smoothly with the broader user journey, from initial contact through to ongoing engagement. Conduct usability testing with both consumer and enterprise users, iterating designs based on feedback to optimise user flows and interactions. Work closely with product managers, data specialists and developers to ensure design solutions support user needs and align with technical feasibility. Design intuitive data visualisations and interfaces that make complex information accessible and useful for different user groups. Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in all aspects of the design, ensuring that our products work for a diverse range of users. Stay up-to-date with UX and service design best practices, as well as emerging trends in data product design, to continually improve the user experience. ABOUT YOU The following expertise and experience are required: 3 years of experience in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing experience in both B2C and B2B contexts. Experience with service design and designing for data-driven products, including the creation of service blueprints and user journey mapping. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Miro or Adobe XD. Strong understanding of usability principles and experience conducting user testing. Experience in data visualisation design is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a user-centred approach to design. Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present design concepts to stakeholders.
