Our vision is to create a reception/concierge service that is unique, bespoke, and tailored to our client’s requirements with a focus on superb customer service. The commercial property sector is a dynamic and constantly changing environment. Buildings change ownership, undergo refurbishments, tenants come and go, and operating cultures evolve. A great front of house solution must be adaptable, attentive, and capable of meeting all requirements and user needs. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate contracts across London and surrounding areas (subject to operational needs), under supervision, from the Contracts Manager. The role is critical in supporting and developing our day-to-day frontline operational team. You will need to have a professional approach while maintaining a sense of fun, have an eye for detail, be passionate about service excellence and staff development to be successful in the role.
Applicants must meet the following essential criteria:
1. Experience of managing reception, front of house (multisite desirable)
2. Managing relationships with key clients
3. Customer service experience
4. Managing SLA’s and KPI’s
5. Communicating with people at all levels
6. Workforce planning, e.g., rota and holiday management
7. Team management and development - coaching management style
8. Experience of using multiple IT packages/systems, ideally Timegate (intermediate)
It is also essential that the Contracts Manager can fulfil the following:
9. Valid SIA licence (training will be provided)
10. Flexible - attend occasional emergency call outs in the and surrounding areas within the hour.
11. Valid driver’s licence
