Account Executive
We are a fast-growing startup specialising in designing and manufacturing innovative inspection robots for critical infrastructure such as storage tanks, bridges, and silos. Our mission is to enhance safety and efficiency in infrastructure maintenance. With venture capital funding, we're expanding rapidly and are looking for a dynamic Account Executive to join our small but growing team.
As the first sales hire, you will be instrumental in driving our sales efforts and working closely with the founder. Package:
• Salary: up to £45,000 per year (depending on experience).

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct cold outreach and generate leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to showcase our solutions.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, networking with potential customers.
• Collaborate with the team to close deals and meet sales targets.
• Produce compelling case studies and marketing materials to support sales efforts.
• Engage in various sales and marketing activities to drive overall organisational growth.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle sales.
• Proven experience in cold outreach, qualifying leads, running customer demos, and closing deals (preferably in hardware, machinery, or robotics).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly self-motivated with a passion for technology and innovation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade shows.
