Food & Beverage Manager
Britannia Hotels are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our busy team at our Basingstoke Country Hotel.
The Basingstoke Country Hotel is a 100 bedroom hotel that boasts a stylish Brasserie, offering casual dining and food for the whole family. The Hotel has 5 conference rooms catering for between 25 to 240 delegates providing for various events and wedding functions.

Your main responsibilities will include:
* Take responsibility for all food and beverage service areas.
* Ensure the highest standards of food and beverage service to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Ensure that all service staff are recruited, trained, and developed in line with current and future business requirements.
The successful candidate will have previous similar experience as a Food & Beverage Service Manager. You will communicate effectively with other managers, staff, and guests.
