Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Assist in the organization and coordination of meetings and events.
Maintain and update records, documents, and databases.
Handle correspondence and communication to clients and team members.
Prepare reports and presentations as required by the management.
Manage schedules and deadlines to ensure timely task completion.
Assist in monitoring and tracking budgets and expenditures.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in business administration is a plus.
Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a business environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving processes.

End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £11.79
Location: Lincolnshire, East Midlands
