Our client is a renowned family-run business with over 50 years of excellence in growing and selling award-winning pond plants. Known across the UK for our top-tier quality, vast plant selection, and exceptional service, they supply a wide range of aquatic plants to Garden Centres.
Responsibilities:
1. Grow and maintain a variety of ornamental plants.
2. Ensure the health and quality of plants throughout the growing process.
3. Work closely with the sales team to meet customer demands.
4. Participate in the planning and execution of planting schedules.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in horticulture or a related field.
2. Knowledge of plant care and cultivation techniques.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
