RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT Basic salary £25,000 - £30,000 (based upon experience) Performance-related and uncapped commission scheme Free Parking Regular rewards and incentive schemes Our client is an established recruitment consultancy with a medium-sized network of offices across the UK. The branch performs consistently well and they have a large number of customers across Yorkshire. They are looking for a focused recruiter to work on developing business across new and existing clients. The successful applicant will concentrate on placing temporary workers within warehouse and production vacancies across the region. This will be a 360-degree role and will include advertising, interviewing, skills testing, daily temp management, referencing, client site visits, sales and marketing. You will • Be highly motivated and professional • Enjoy new challenges and working toward targets • Have a flair for sales and excellent communication skills • Have a proven track record in sales – ideally with recruitment experience • Hold a Full UK driving licence (essential) In return, you will receive a competitive basic, an excellent commission package and the ability to work with autonomy.
