We are currently seeking a skilled Data Architect to lead the governance, design, development, deployment, and maintenance of corporate data and BI solutions. As a strategic enabler, the Data Architect will play a pivotal role in expanding our data platform to meet corporate goals and objectives. You will oversee the data architecture vision, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure data platforms are designed for optimal performance, integration, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop long-term data architecture strategies in alignment with company goals.
* Architect and manage corporate data platforms, from conceptual to application layers.
* Design and implement policies for data governance, security, and quality.
* Lead the integration of data with business-critical applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.).
* Select appropriate tools for data platforms, including databases, warehouses, and ETL solutions.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize data initiatives, and deliver solutions.
* Promote best practices in data modeling and processing across the organization.
Operational Management:
* Lead data governance frameworks and methodologies.
* Oversee data quality, migration, and system integration projects.
* Act as a mentor, coach, and advocate for data management practices across teams.
* Implement and maintain BI tools, data lakes, and reporting solutions.
What We're Looking For:
* At least 5 years of experience in data and BI development.
* Minimum 3 years as a Data Architect in structured ICT environments.
* Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
* A proactive, adaptable, and security-focused mindset.
* IT-related degree or equivalent.
* Familiarity with ITIL practices and IT service management tools.
* Experience with Microsoft Logic Apps, API development, and release management.
