HAYS Architecture & Design NI are excited to be working exclusively with a renowned Landscape Architecture specialist, in their search for an LVIA Technician (Graduate Planner) to join their Belfast Studio. Your new role
The focus of this position will be primarily based around Landscape & Visual Impact Assessment workload, and associated report-writing / documentation. Working closely with the practice's Landscape Architects, you'll produce concise reports on central caseload in regard to LVIA, collating landscape character assessments and sensitivity / capacity information, as well as site allocations for associated local authorities, with the very real possibility that your output will form part of evidence based public enquires and / or form an integral part of Local Plans - there is a need for the quality of your work to be of the highest standard. Training & development shall be provided to give you the best platform for success.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a recent graduate from a Town Planning / Sustainability / Urban Planning & Regeneration degree, with any specific LVIA / EIA experience a distinct advantage.
