We are always looking for talented and aspiring learning support staff and teaching assistants to join our team and help us deliver high-quality education to learners of all ages and backgrounds in different disciplines and levels.
The role consists of working with our learners aged 16-19 years old with additional Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You will support these particular students in classes in both one-to-one and small group settings, working with the larger student support department to ensure learners have the best experience possible in classrooms.

Rate: GBP 13.25 per hour
The successful Learning Support Assistant will have the following skills and qualifications, or be willing to work towards:
* An experience or background in working with young people with additional SEND needs, or those who have worked with hard-to-engage young people.
* Ability to manage challenging behaviour.
* Experience interacting with 16-19-year-olds in an education or apprenticeship setting is desirable but not essential.
* A good communicator, and above all else, be a kind and resilient person.
* Current Enhanced DBS on the update service, or a willingness to apply for one via Reed.
