Job Responsibilities of the English Teacher : Plan, deliver, and assess engaging English lessons for Key Stage 3, 4, and 5 students. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students can succeed. Use creative teaching strategies to improve literacy and communication skills. Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback. Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community. Requirements of the English Teacher : Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). A degree in English or a relevant field. Experience preferred with Secondary Schools. Early Career Teachers are encouraged to apply. DBS on the Update Service required. Passion for teaching and inspiring young learners.
