The Creative & Design Team Administrator will provide daily administrative support across the Creative and Design departments, ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities include raising, tracking, and updating purchase requisitions using the IFS system, as well as managing office organisation, supplies, scheduling, and general administrative tasks. The role also involves supporting the Chief Creative Officer with approvals for timesheets, expenses, holiday requests, and purchase requisitions. Additionally, the administrator will coordinate company team clothing, inspect item quality, manage distribution, and maintain a master database. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support across the Creative and Design departments. Raise, monitor and update purchase requisitions as required, following company procedure and using the internal Industrial and Financial System (IFS). Oversee and maintain general office administrative duties to keep our workspace organised, including the ordering of office stationery and supplies, administrative support to the Creative team including typing, scanning, copying, taking notes, attending meetings and setting up appointments. Assist the Chief Creative Officer to approve contractor timesheets, employee expenses, holiday requests, and to authorise purchase requisitions using IFS. Assist with the ordering process of company team clothing, inspect the quality of items upon delivery and liaise with HR and issue company clothing to new employees and maintain a master database.
