The Quality and Compliance Manager will join our SHEQ Department, who are an established team of experienced rail safety professionals. Within this role, you will be crucial in developing, maintaining, and improving our Business Management System.
TES 2000 is currently looking for an experienced Quality and Compliance Manager on a full-time permanent basis, based within our Colchester Head Office.

About You
The ideal Quality and Compliance Manager will (Essential):
* Be a Qualified Lead Auditor, relevant to Safety, Environment and Quality with demonstratable experience of auditing within a Rail environment.
* Have comprehensive working knowledge of Network Rail Standards and Principal Contractors Licence requirements.
* Ability to successfully pass RISQS audit as the Principle Contractor
* Possess or be willing to work toward a PIEMA qualification.
* Have comprehensive, working knowledge of applicable Quality (9001), Environmental (14001) and Safety (45001) Standards.
* An understanding of SBTi verified status and ESOS reporting requirements.
* Have ability to travel within business areas according to business needs.
* Possess commercial and financial awareness.
The ideal Quality and Compliance Manager will (Desirable):
* Obtained or willing to work towards NEBOSH General Certification.
The Quality and Compliance Managers' typical day:
* Providing effective management of the SHEQ business management system.
* Undertaking corrective action and trend analysis of both internal and external audit findings.
* Building strong relationships both stakeholders both internally and externally to assist with any compliance issues or queries.
* Producing progress and statistical reports on compliance issues as required.
* Produce information in an easily digestible format, presenting this to groups at all levels.
Please note, we are looking for the right candidate to start within the first week of September 2024, where you will spend one month shadowing with our current Quality and Compliance Manager who is due to retire in October of 2024.
