About the Role
An experience HR Advisor/ HRBP with strong ER experience is required to support the HRD in delivering an efficient operational and strategic HR service to the organisation on a 6 months FTC basis.
Responsibilities
* Providing a business partner model to 250 staff over 2 sites in Surrey.
* Managing employee relations, performance and operational HR
* First point of contact for HR queries, policies and procedures
* Advising managers around Employee Relations, Restructures, Sickness
* Managing high volume ER cases
Qualifications
CIPD Qualified Level 5 or above
Required Skills
Previous experience in a public sector setting would be advantageous.
Pay range and compensation package
£45000- £48000 onsite parking, hybrid working, flexible start/finish times
