Implementation Leader, Healthcare Informatics North Europe
Job Description
Lead the Philips Northern Europe Enterprise (EI) & Radiology Informatics (RI) Services & Solution Design (S&SD) Implementation teams through the development and execution of your implementation strategy.
Your role:
* Establish a powerful and competitive RI Implementation delivery unit for North Europe that is growing in a profitable way.
* Lead multiple teams of Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and Clinical Consultants raising capability to ensure adherence to standardized solution delivery processes and provide flawless customer experience.
* Develop & drive a successful EI & RI Implementation strategy for North Europe that supports business expectations on margin and allows you to effectively manage P&L.
* Drive KPIs such as resource utilization, rate by role/skill level, project costing/re-calculation to optimize cost & performance.
* Lead the RI S&SD Implementations Team North Europe by example to prove client dedication and Philips commitment to quality including engagement in critical business situations, from pre-sales through implementation until transition to service.
* Oversee and manage critical projects and escalated accounts, control the project budgets and project progress, evaluate all change requests as to risk, feasibility, costs/benefits and added value, and take corrective actions.
* This role offers you the chance of hybrid working from our head office in Farnborough, Hampshire, covering customers in the UK&I and Nordics.
You’re right for this role if:
* You are a Leader in the IT professional services industry, preferably in the Healthcare sector.
* Results matter to you and your commercial experience of setting, driving, delivering & tracking strategy coupled with P&L management of c€40m+ has led you to realize success.
* You are a proven people manager (c45) across different countries/markets and are skilled in bringing people together and aligning them around common goals.
* You are an expert in the delivery of IT and software projects meeting time, budget & quality.
* The customer is at the core of everything you do and you are driven by a strong external focus understanding the industry and market dynamics.
* You are a solution finder, adept at analyzing process performance, identifying improvement opportunities and influencing multiple stakeholders up to C-level to leverage capabilities & drive change in an agile way.
Due to the role working in the healthcare environment, a standard DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) criminal record check will be required for this role.
