Job Description:
* Prepare and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and contracts
* Maintain and organise case files, both physical and electronic
* Schedule meetings, appointments, and court dates
* Manage calendars and handle client communications
* Conduct legal research and gather necessary documentation
* File legal documents with courts and other relevant authorities
* Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
* Assist with billing and invoice preparation
* Perform other administrative tasks as required
Person Specification:
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role
