Our client, a leading player in the UK pharma and biopharma industry, is seeking a dynamic Ingredient Sales Manager / Business Development Manager (BDM) to join their innovative team. This role focuses on the sale of active pharmaceutical ingredients and other fine raw materials, leveraging a unique product offering that emphasises quality, transparency, and sustainability.
About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Market Expansion: Identify and develop new market territories for raw materials, positioning our client as an industry leader.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
* Sales Lead Development: Maintain a dynamic database of sales leads, actively pursuing new opportunities.
* Support and Collaboration: Work closely with the Commercial Sales Manager, contributing to the smooth operation of daily business activities.
* CRM Management: Keep meticulous records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
* National Travel: Engage with clients across the country, with travel arrangements fully supported.
* Order Processing: Utilise Sage 50 software for order management, procurement, and logistics.
* Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the company’s SOPs and engage in ongoing personal and professional development.
