Join ELCAP and help us make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with learning and physical disabilities and mental health challenges. We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO and the board of directors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administration for the CEO, Board of Directors, and Senior Leaders
* Organise diaries, board, committee, and senior leaders meetings and prepare necessary documents.
* Serve as a point of contact for communications and draft important correspondence.
* Assist with project management and fundraising initiatives.
Qualifications:
* A degree in business administration or another subject related to the field.
* Proven experience as an executive assistant, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
* Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
