Be our new colleague and let's make a difference A bit about the job: The Broker Claims Relationship Manager will work with their region of brokers to support Aviva clients in the Aviva Claims Proposition. Building strong internal and external relationships for the benefit of the client and Aviva Commercial business is a key aspect of this role. You would be working closely with the regional distribution team, all product line operational claims teams, underwriting and senior Aviva stakeholders. Interpreting claims data in order to drive improvements with overall claims trending is an important part of the role. You will act as a role model, coaching and mentoring colleagues where appropriate, actively pursuing opportunities to improve processes and procedures to assist the Commercial business. You will support the development, implementation and on-going management of relationships with external suppliers, partners or contractors ensuring standards are communicated and implemented in order to maintain service levels and efficiencies to meet targets. The successful candidate will support projects aimed at system or process improvement at a local or national level in order to drive continuous improvement of service and engage others through Aviva Brand Values and standards as well as the development, implementation and on- going management of market leading sourcing strategies to ensure regulatory compliance is maintained. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Experience of working with commercial claims, ideally at leader level, understanding your clients business and managing long term relationships with large corporate clients and brokers Successful participation in new business propositions and onboarding new clients Identifying claims trends and working with clients and brokers to deliver improved claims experiences Being able to work remotely as part of a national team and manage stakeholder relationships ACII certificate or relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience.
