Clinical Lead - Pre Assessment - Reading Area - Up to £45,000 - Full Time

We have an opportunity for a Clinical Lead to join the team of staff in the Pre-assessment department.
Role Overview:
* Employment Type: Full-time (37.5 hours per week).
* Shift Pattern: Flexible.
Applicant Requirements:
* Demonstrated ability to influence and develop new services and improve CQC and Audit ratings.
* Evidence of relevant professional development in clinical and managerial areas, preferably evidenced by certification.
* RN with valid NMC Registration.
* Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing Studies.
* Up-to-date knowledge in the area of practice.
* Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability.
* Recruitment and selection skills.
* Maths and English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills Level 2 evidence.
* Proficiency in using a PC, including software and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clinically support the department to promote and ensure excellent patient care.
* Lead the department under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services (DOCS) or Clinical Services Manager (CSM).
* Deploy, supervise, and mentor staff within the clinical area, supporting the hospital management team in providing clinical leadership.
* Maintain written records and legal documents to required levels and accepted practice.
