Responsibilities:
* Design and Implement Privileged Access Management Solutions: Develop and engineer privileged access management solutions to provide broad platform and service coverage.
* Cybersecurity Controls Development: Focus on identity assurance, accounts/secrets management, and monitoring/detective controls to safeguard against environmental exploitation, persistent attacks, and insider threats.
* Client Engagement and Product Integration: Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, assist with product deployment, enhance solutions, and integrate cybersecurity tools effectively.
* Escalation Support: Provide L4 escalation support and collaborate with global operations partners to implement tailored solutions.
* Continuous Improvement: Work on improving capabilities for defence and adapt to firm practices, product configurations, and procedural changes.
Skills/Must have:
* Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, Unix/Linux, Microsoft Active Directory/Group Policy, and privileged access management solutions (eg, CyberArk, Beyond Trust, etc.).
* Scripting and Automation: Proficiency in PowerShell Scripting or C#/.NET, with familiarity in automation tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
* Cybersecurity Knowledge: Experience with cybersecurity solutions and practices, including development processes such as source control and deployment automation.
* Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong conceptual, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
* Communication and Collaboration: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams and clients.
