What You’ll Be Doing
Serving as a strategic financial partner, working closely with leadership and physicians to optimize financial performance and growth.
Managing physician compensation models, ensuring financial alignment and transparency.
Driving EBITDA growth through operational efficiency and expense management.
Supporting M&A activities, from due diligence to post-acquisition integration.
Overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis across multiple partnerships.
Presenting financial results and recommendations to executives and physician groups.
* Identifying and executing process improvements to streamline financial operations.
* Frequent travel required during the first 6 months, stabilizing to ~25% (one week per month).
What You’ll Need to be Considered
Be able to do the job as described.
Strong understanding of physician compensation models and multi-site healthcare financial operations.
Proficiency in financial reporting, data analytics, and practice management systems (SQL a plus).
Exceptional ability to present financial results and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
